Leading with Purpose....the Visionary
Sharaunda Wiley's life is a rich tapestry of faith, service, and dedication. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, she is not only a devoted mother to Yazmyn, De’Atra, and Micah but also a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren. Her life was further blessed with marriage to Elder Clayton Wiley, whom she lovingly describes as the love of her life and her covering. Her professional life is marked by a notable 26-year tenure at Baylor Scott & White Hospital.
Her spiritual journey began in 1995 when she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. She answered the call to preach the gospel in 2001 and has since been a stalwart member of Lighthouse Church of God in Christ, under the guidance of Superintendent Michael O. Clerkley, Sr. and Supervisor Mother Clara Clerkley.
Sharaunda's heart for women's ministry shines through her dedicated efforts to uplift and empower women. She is deeply committed to reaching out to the brokenhearted and guiding them towards healing and strength. Through her ministry and nonprofit organization, The Sole of a Sister, she works tirelessly to inspire and encourage women to embrace their fullest potential and become the best versions of themselves. Her passion for this work is a testament to her unwavering faith and her desire to see others flourish in their spiritual and personal lives. Her life is inspired by her favorite scripture, Joshua 1:3, which speaks to the faith and vision guiding her every step.

Our focus is to uplift and empower women facing life’s challenges by offering the resources needed to foster growth, healing, and resilience. Whether through our community connections, educational outreach, or spiritual guidance, we are committed to walking alongside every woman on her journey to wholeness.
