Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2024 1. Donations Donations to The Sole of a Sister are generally non-refundable because they directly support our charitable mission and programs. 2. Exceptions (Required by Policy)** Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances: •Duplicate transactions •Unauthorized or fraudulent charges •Technical errors in payment processing Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction. 3. Event Tickets •If an event is canceled by The Sole of a Sister, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration •If you cannot attend, tickets are non-refundable 4. Merchandise (T-Shirts, Books) Refunds or exchanges may be issued if: •The item is defective or damaged •The wrong item was received Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. 5.
